American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009

The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA), signed into law February 17th, 2009 prohibits the use of recovery funds for a project for the construction, alteration, maintenance, or repair of a public building or public work unless all of the iron, steel, and manufactured goods used in the project are produced in the United States.
As a privately held company, MPS Mankato, based out of Mankato, Minnesota produces ductile iron castings which adhere to the ARRA. All products sold by MPS Mankato are manufactured in our Mankato, Minnesota facility. Value added services are available at customer request, and when requested, will adhere to ARRA.
I hereby certify that all MPS Mankato Productions comply with the spirit and intent of the American Recovery and Reinvestment act (ARRA) Buy American Requirements.
